Party Timeline
All party options need the entertainer to arrive 20-30 minutes before set-up, with 15-20 minutes to pack down afterwards. From a parent’s perspective for venue hire, we recommend booking the space at least 30-60 minutes before your party start time, and 30 minutes afterwards for pack down and clear up after the party.

How many guests can attend?
Our standard packages cater for up to 35 guests, with different maximums depending on your chosen starter activity. Need to invite more? Just ask about adding an extra entertainer.

Are your Christmas elf entertainers DBS checked and insured?
Yes, all of our entertainers are DBS checked and full members of Equity, so you can book with complete peace of mind.

Do you only do Christmas parties, or can you help with other events too?
Christmas parties are just one of the things we do! We also offer elf balloon artists and everything else in our range, given a festive twist, for large and small events.

What areas do you cover?
We cover Sussex, and parts of Surrey, London, Kent and Hampshire. We may be able to travel further afield too, for an additional fee, so just enquire and let us know your location, and we'll confirm availability.

How far in advance should I book?
Christmas is our busiest season, so we’d recommend booking as early as possible to guarantee your preferred date, many families book from the summer onwards!
One Last Thing From the Elves...
Our elves take their job very seriously, mostly. They are fully trained in party games, expert level dancing, and finding the last mince pie on the table before anyone else spots it.
