Our coverage depends on the type of service you’re looking for:
– 1) Children’s’ entertainment – for our children’s party entertainment, we cover the whole of East and West Sussex, parts of Surrey and parts of Hampshire.
– 2) For our sleepover teepee hire – we cover an approximate 25-mile radius from Worthing, West Sussex.

We have three options:
1) 1 hour – 60 minute entertainment set straight through. Usually, the set will end with the entertainer leading the children to the birthday table once they have finished the 60 minute entertainment set, to allow you to provide the children with the birthday tea. With this option, you have the choice of making it a shorter party (e.g. 1.5 hours total) or you could organise an activity for the second half (e.g. pass the parcel), to make the party 2 hours in total.
– This entertainment options runs for 60 minutes straight through, without a break.
– This entertainment option runs for 90 minutes straight through, inclusive of a recommended 5-minute juice break after 60 minutes, and leaves the food for the end of the party.
- First half – 60 minutes of entertainment
- Break for party tea (approx 15-20 mins). This is usually a good point to do the cake and sing happy birthday as well, once the children have finished eating, as it allows you time to get the cake sliced and into party bags during the second half.
- Second half – approx 40-45 mins of entertainment.
– This entertainment option runs for 120 minutes, inclusive of a break for the party tea.
NB: Wanting a longer entertainment set or party duration. No problem – extra time can be added if required at an additional cost.
That depends on the package and whether you go for our 1, 1.5 or 2-hour option. Please get in touch for a quote for your area.
Yes, there is a £5 surcharge per extra birthday child for our 1 hour parties (each birthday child will receive a birthday medal) and a £10 surcharge for our 1.5 and 2 hour party packages (each birthday child will get a birthday medal and pass the parcel gift).
We require 30-minutes to set-up before the party and 30-minutes pack down afterwards.
Our 1 hour parties run straight through, so usually, when we finish our entertainment set, we will lead the children over to where you would like them to be for food.
Our 2 hour parties run with the following approximate timings:
First half – approximately 60 minutes – by which point the children are usually ready for a sit down, a drink and something to eat.
Food break – approximately 20 minutes – and it is usually a good point to sing happy birthday and do the cake if you are having one.
Second half – approximately 40 minutes.
Yes. We are a mobile children’s entertainment company, which means we bring our children’s entertainment service to a venue of your choice.
Suitable venue ideas include:
- local village halls,
- community centres,
- church halls,
- function rooms,
- at home or in your garden.
NB: if you are considering having an outdoor party, please always let us know as we will have to make some changes to the equipment that we bring and also bear in mind that you will need to have a backup plan in the event of unsuitable weather.
Yes we bring everything we require to keep the children full entertained from beginning to end, including:
- All party equipment and props.
- Music and sound system.
- Prizes and sweets for the party game winners.
- Pass the parcel (where included).
So, apart from booking the venue, party food, drink, partyware, birthday cake, decorations and party bags, you don’t need to worry about a thing!
We take care of the party entertainment, including bringing with us:
- All party equipment and props.
- Music and sound system.
- Prizes and sweets for the party game winners.
- Pass the parcel (where included).
This leaves you to take care of:
- Booking a suitable venue, preferably with access to an electric plug socket and a reasonable amount of space for the number of children you are inviting.
- Supplying party food, drink, birthday cake, decorations, partyware and party bags.
Yes, although in some circumstances you can extend this maximum by adding on an additional entertainer. As a guideline our maximum attendance for our parties is as follows:
- Silver Parties – 35 children.
- Glitter and Dazzle parties – 20 if you would like all guests to have both glitter tattoos AND mini facepaints. OR you can have up to 35 guests if you choose either tattoos OR mini facepaints.
- Showtime Parties – 20 for both glitter tattoos AND mini facepaints. OR you can have up to 35 guests if you choose either tattoos OR mini facepaints.
Our party packages include the following entertainers:
- Silver Parties – 1 entertainer
- Glitter and Dazzle Parties or Facepaint/Tattoo Parties – 1 entertainer and 1 facepainter.
- Showtime Parties – 1 entertainer and 1 facepainter.
Your entertainer will arrive approximately 30 minutes before the start time of the party to greet you, set up and meet the birthday child.

Our parties are very popular and operate on a first come first serve basis, so it’s best to book as early as you can. We are only able to confirm your booking once we have received your deposit.
Booking is quick and easy, with the following steps:
- Decide on your party package.
- Confirm that we have availability for your required date, time and location.
- Request by email or phone that we send you a booking form, which you will need to complete online.
- We require a deposit of £59, which can be paid by online bank transfer – we send you all the relevant details of how to pay once your booking form has been completed.
- Once you have completed your online booking form and paid your deposit, that’s it!
- Sit back and relax and we’ll be in touch on the Monday prior to your party booking to reconfirm all of your party details and send you through your party balance invoice, which is payable three days prior to your party date.
Once you have completed your online booking form and paid your deposit you will receive confirmation and a receipt for your payment. Then you can sit back and relax! We will be in touch on the Monday before your booking to reconfirm everything ahead of your party date and send you your balance invoice, which is payable three days before your party.
Your party booking is super important to us, along with our professional reputation. Non-attendance is not an option for us. We confirm your party booking details in writing and offer a replacement entertainer cover (subject to availability) in the case of any last minute accident, illness or emergency.

If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.
We offer a free transfer option, which allows you to move your party booking to a new party date, within thirty days of your cancellation. Your new party date can be up to twelve months away from your original party date, with your original deposit moved to your new party booking.
